摘要: Compact and high speed logic circuits that utilize CMOS technology to perform the Boolean operations A·B A+B. The presently disclosed are comprised of a field effect transistor first second performing diodes which uniquely interconnected with one another so as reduce number circuit components increase operating relative conventional circuits.
