摘要: The increased supply of photosynthate from maternal tissue is known to promote grain growth in several crop species. However, the effect increasing on receives little attention rice. This study was aimed at evaluating through CO2 enrichment (650 μl I-1) three rice cultivars differing size. applied pot-grown plants between anthesis and final harvest. results indicated that high treatment enhanced exchange rate leaf tissue, subsequently sucrose level peduncle exudate, but it did not starch accumulation developing grains. phenomenon linked poor responses for activities synthase, UDP-glucose pyrophosphorylase. ADP-glucose pyrophosphorylase, synthases involved conversion starch. Significant cultivar differences also existed enzymes with larger size tending have higher (expressed a basis), resulting greater carbohydrate accumulation.
