摘要: We studied the dynamics of expression neuronal cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) in hippocampus rats trained to perform conditioned active avoidance reaction (CAAR). Using a hard-phase immunoenzyme analysis technique, we quantitatively measured NCAM content membrane fraction hippocampal tissue and observed statistically significant increase this index on third day certain decrease within second fourth weeks training course. These results confirm statement that changes level experimental animals can be one mechanisms providing plastic synaptic modifications processes learning formation memory engrams are also indicative important role such formation.
