摘要: We studied the dynamics of expression glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in frontal neocortex rats during training for conditioned active avoidance reaction (CAAR). The GFAP content a cytoskeletal fraction cortex tissue was quantitatively estimated with use solid-phase immunoenzyme analysis, 2 h and 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, 30 days after beginning animals. It found that changes filamentous form are clearly pronounced possess three-phase pattern: level significantly increased within first hours CAAR training, 7-14 this index decreased became smaller than initial state, then again rose (with maximum 21 days). obtained data indicate neurospecific under study is involved processes learning formation memory engrams.
