摘要: Microcystins (MCs) are a group of closely related toxic cyclic heptapeptides produced by common cyanobacteria, which cause lots accidents and threatens human health. In this paper, an indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ic-ELISA) was established used to detect microcystin-LR (MC-LR) in drinking surface waters. The concentration coating antigen 5 μ/mL, the dilution monoclonal antibody MC10E7 1:3 000, enzyme tracer (goat anti-mouse IgG-peroxidase) standard MC-LR ranged from 0.001 μg/L 30 μg/L, o-phenylenediamine as substrate. showed high relativity with performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) correlation coefficient more than 99%. relative deviation less 10%, detection limit achieved down 0.01 up 5.1 μg/L. quantitative range 0.03 3 had specificity for [4-arginine] microcystins. It performed well spite influence real samples.
