摘要: Currently used measures of knee stability and function for ACL reconstructed knees have not gained universal acceptance. Clinical test results often are given more value than the patient's subjective evaluation surgical outcome. This study was designed to identify specific variables that were most predictive rating following one two types combined (intraarticular extraarticular) reconstruction procedures. Individual also evaluated differences between contralateral operated nonoperated limbs. Postoperative healthy 51 male female patients aged 18 49 years (mean, 23.7 years) on a battery tests at an average 48.0 months after surgery (range, 24 101 months). All subjects possessed normal comparative purposes. The this retrospective indicated selected highly correlated with, nor could they effectively predict, patients' perceptions postoperative status as measured by Knee Function Rating Form (KFR). Statistically significant (P less 0.001) found 9 11 analyzed. data suggest independent static dynamic clinical commonly assess function. deficits up 30% surgically did greatly influence Development new, may be necessary before stronger relationships in can realized.
