摘要: Vitamin D is a potent immune modulator, keeping the T-cell compartment in more tolerogenic state. Multiple sclerosis (MS), disease which an autoreactive response contributes to inflammation central nervous system, has been associated with vitamin deficiency. The effects of on system are believed be important driver this association. In chapter, we elaborate as modulator response. This discussion will placed perspective MS T-cell-mediated and numerous association studies deficiency multiple health outcomes. We conclude that there firm experimental epidemiological basis supporting model physiological intervention assessing clinical immunological outcome measures should designed.
