摘要: Abstract Cytokines are proteins that mediate communication between cells of the immune system as well certain other non-immune host cells. These produced by many cell types and they inflammatory responses. However, direct site analysis these critical is hampered lack site-specific tools available for such measurements. In this study, both in vitro vivo microdialysis sampling different cytokines (tumor necrosis factor-α [TNF-α], interferon-γ [IFN-γ], interleukin-6 [IL-6], IL-12p70, macrophage chemoattractant protein-1 [MCP-1]) was performed. A mouse model bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) administration response pattern used studies. Three cytokines, TNF-α, IL-6, MCP-1 were quantified serum from mice given LPS. studies demonstrated ability to monitor increasing levels (TNF-α, MCP-1) via probes placed peritoneal cavity All three simultaneously 15 μL dialysate using a multiplexed bead-based immunoassay flow cytometry. The detected cytokine concentrations varied 200 pg/mL 1500 600 3000 MCP-1, 2700 more than 5000 IL-6. ranged 5700 35,000 40,000 65,000 greater 100,000 This work demonstrates can be collect temporal profiles production.
