摘要: Two small flocks of egg-laying hens, naturally infected with Salmonella enteritidis, were housed in individual cages so that their eggs could be identified. During a longitudinal study where the contents 1,119 examined, 11 positive for S. enteritidis. One isolate was phage type (PT) 33 others PT4. The production clustered though intermittent. eggs, which produced by 10 35 all found to contain fewer than salmonellas. Some birds also apparently carrying hadar PT14 as this organism isolated from six cracked eggs.
