摘要: This study was designed to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and factors such as pay benefits, stress training. At same time, also organizational commitment. Specifically, sought achieve following: (1) determine secondary school teachers‘ satisfaction; (2) find out what cause of teacher; (3) increasing number teachers factor training; (4) Data are collected from sources questionnaires distributed by researchers.
