摘要: A direct mathematical procedure is presented for obtaining the volt-ampere characteristic in an insulating material having Gaussian energy-distribution of traps, under condition space-charge-limited emission into material. The current-voltage dependence V n type; exponent n depends on temperature and width distribution. derived trap energy distribution formally identical with case exponential density energy.
