摘要: Myocardial infarction with normal coronary arteries was identified in 74 patients a mean age of 43 years (range 19 to 66). A follow-up period 10.5 after documented myocardial and 8.6 cardiac catheterization obtained. The survival rate 85% (n = 63). There were no statistical differences or clinical risk factor prevalence between survivors nonsurvivors. Moderate (55%) severe (27%) left ventricular impairment more common Nine 11 deaths cardiovascular, 6 sudden 8 occurred moderate global impairment. Seventy-six percent asymptomatic 86% fully active at follow-up. Two three nonsurvivors experienced second infarction. factors the study group (Group I) compared by age, sex year two matched groups. Group II consisted occlusive disease III 148 arteriograms. I differed from having fewer (p 0.01 less than 0.0001). Cigarette smoking did not differ significantly (72%) (69%) but (45%) 0.001). Hormone therapy peripartum state women (34%) (14%) 0.03).(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
