摘要: The purpose of the present study is to prospectively compare myocardial perfusion imaging with rubidium-82 (82Rb) by positron emission tomography (PET) thallium-201 (201Tl) single-photon (SPECT) recording both studies a single dipyridamole handgrip stress, and reading sets images same display technique. In series 202 patients previous coronary arteriography, sensitivity, specificity, accuracy 82Rb PET were 93%, 78%, 90% for 201Tl SPECT 76%, 80%, 77%, respectively. When 70 therapeutic interventions excluded, remaining 132 showed 95%, 82% 92% 79%, 78% SPECT. improved contrast resolution resulted in markedly superior more confident identification defects.
