摘要: A striking immunologic abnormality of normal and SCID Tgfb1−/− mice is the total absence Langerhans cells in their epidermis. Here we show that transfer Tgfb1+/− bone marrow causes, within a few weeks, appearance epidermis γ-irradiated unirradiated recipients. In addition, local injection 2 × 105 latent transforming growth factor-β1 cDNA-transduced cloned CD4+ T lymphocytes causes ear mice. This effect enhanced by antigen-specific activation these cells. Injection recombinant active factor-β2 into also results migration locally, but no epidermal are seen after systemic injections factor-β2. Our suggest factor-β can act paracrine as well autocrine fashion to induce differentiation precursors Furthermore, indicate relative roles different isoforms vivo may be influenced availability and/or regulation conversion from form.
