摘要: The influence of physical training, airway infections and environmental conditions on changes in bronchial responsiveness to methacholine during a training competitive season was studied 19 high-performance male cross-country skiers 19-21 years old. longitudinal the concentration required for 10% fall FEV1 (PC10) were negatively correlated with volume activity at an intensity level above 90% maximal heart rate. variation this accounted 54.8% change PC10. No association found, however, regard lower levels. Seasonal PC10 not associated occurrence or duration provided that measurement postponed 3-6 weeks after onset recent infection. seemed be variations ambient levels air pollutants aeroallergens. lowest end coldest part year. In conclusion, seasonal could great extent explained by very high level.
