摘要: The objetctive, with this study, was to investigate the consequences of subclinical hypomagnesemia on metabolic parameters dairy cows. Blood samples were collected from 12 animals every two days, between -22 pre and 22 days postpartum, for blood analysis determining profile. grouped according magnesium concentrations: Hypomagnesemia group (n=5), levels below 1.8 mg/dL in at least consecutive Control (n=7), above during period. had higher glucagon 10, 18 20 as well glucagon/insulin ratio 6, 8, 16 after calving. concentrations aspartate aminotransferase 0, 14 results indicate that low peripartum may be associated elevated amino transferase blood. In general, does not alter indicators energy metabolism, but show cows have a rate glucagon/insulin, demonstrating greater challenge maintain glucose concentration.
