摘要: Frozen shoulder is a common disorder characterized by gradual increase of pain and limited range motion. However, its pathophysiologic mechanisms remain unclear there no consensus as to the most effective treatment. The purpose study was investigate effect transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) on fibrosis inflammatory response joint rat models explore therapeutic peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ (PPAR-γ) agonist. In study, PPAR-γ agonist CDDO-IM treatment cell proliferation, migration, extracellular matrix proteins synthesis (vimentin, α-smooth muscle actin, collagen I, III) were tested proliferation test, scratches real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction, Western blot analysis. frozen also established model injecting adenovirus-TGF-β1 into rats' capsule. Pathological changes tissue experimental group evaluated. stiffness joints three groups tested. Inflammatory mediators' expression including cyclooxygenase-1, interleukin-1β, tumor necrosis factor-α enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, evaluated hematoxylin eosin staining immunohistochemistry. results showed that pathological in include an abnormal fibroblasts, infiltration cells, fibrous structure, while rosiglitazone reduced severity group. Clinically, agonists may be promising target for shoulder.
