摘要: We experimentally studied the effect of an injection current on Josephson in a superconductor/two-dimensional electron gas/superconductor junction. The two-dimensional gas is realized by using InGaAs/InP heterostructure while Nb taken for superconducting electrodes. suppression supercurrent injecting hot carriers from additional electrode explained modification carrier distribution function. differential conductance between injector and junction found to be enhanced if state.
