摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses depth recordings in man temporal lore epilepsy and describes the functional relationships between various levels of lobe limbic system, which can be assessed by oscilloscopic performed during stereotaxic electrographic explorations patients suffering from drug-resistant epilepsy. A large number electrodes provide favorable conditions for examining interictal paroxysmal activities (IPAs), always occur at different epileptic system evaluating a few aspects their relationships. Two distinct methods varying complexity are employed study IPAs. The first method that consists instrumental superposition is very simple. second cross-correlation function, indicates general dependence two time series signals. presents results obtained with artificial spikes either similar or durations, each curve corresponding to given interval them.
