摘要: Abstract A natural isorhamnetin-based fluorescent sensor for highly sensitive and selective detection of copper ions had been studied. The isorhamnetin (Iso) after binding to Cu 2+ in pH 7.40 buffer solution generated quenching emission intensity. constant value was obtained 1.79 × 10 6 . Iso can be applied the quantification ion with a linear range 1.0 × 10 −8 –1.9 × 10 −6  mol L −1 , limit 4.0 × 10 −9 reproducibility is good. showed high selectivity toward As result, successfully determination rivers, lakes, vegetables fruits good recovery.
