摘要: Redox active polymers with phenothiazine moieties have been synthesized by Atomic Transfer Radical Polymerization (ATRP). These novel reveal bistable behaviour upon application of a bias potential above the oxidation threshold value. Using conductive Scanning Force Microscopy, two distinguishable conductivity levels were induced on nanoscale level. related to high conducting “On” and low “Off” state. The state is generated side chains form stable radical cations. formation stability sites was examined cyclic voltammetry, electron spin resonance optical spectroscopy. Polymers show ability retain their redox for several hours can therefore be used nonvolatile organic memory devices. Furthermore, thin films made from containing mechanical nanowear stability.
