摘要: ABSTRACT Deformation character has been shown to exhibit a strong effect on the fracture-related properties of wide range alloys. In this study, role slip planarity fatigue crack growth in titanium alloys investigated. The principal variables interest were aluminum content (Ti-4A1 and Ti-8A1) aging treatment, with an emphasis low rate, near-threshold region. Fatigue rates significantly decreased increasing however benefit was substantially reduced upon Ti-8A1. results are discussed terms deformation mode influence such factors as reversibility, environmental susceptibility roughness-induced closure.
