Semen simultaneously Taqman based real time PCR (qPCR). Of screened, only 40 (61.54%) to contain DNA indicating that all seropositive are not shedding semen. When RT-PCR subjected isolation on Madin-Darby kidney (MDBK) cells, no isolates be obtained. advantages concomitant testing serum semen measures control infections bull farms discussed.
