摘要: Background Understanding diverse labor market trajectories around vocational rehabilitation provides important insight into potential effectiveness of efforts. We examined factors associated with work participation before and after rehabilitation. Methods Using nationwide Finnish register data 7180 rehabilitees, we constructed latent trajectory groups two years their episode starting in 2008–2010. plotted changes statuses these other using multinomial logistic regression. Results We identified four based on levels rehabilitation. The “High–Resumed” group (35.6%) typically returned to full duties. “High–to–Negligible” (20.7%) transitioned disability retirement or unemployment. Among the “Medium–Resumed” (25.5%) “Longstanding Negligible” (18.3%) groups, unemployment were common rehabilitation, but afterwards those assigned former often partial Overall, older age, male gender, living areas lower employment rates, having education, being employed private sector, mental diagnoses three than most favorable “High-Resumed” trajectory. Furthermore, certain industrial sectors, job exposures, less further separated specific trajectories. Conclusions Work are diverse, only partly dependent initial participation, determined by various individual work-related factors. Future studies should assess taking consideration both
