摘要: A unique porous ceramic with complex pore structure was synthesized by the freeze-dry process. water-based slurry frozen while controlling growth direction of ice, and sublimation ice were generated drying it at a reduced pressure. By sintering this green body, obtained, where macroscopically aligned open pores exceeding 10 μm in size contained minute about 0.1 their internal walls. Wide control porosity possible changing concentration starting slurry. The distribution as well microstructure substantially affected freezing temperatures. Optimization synthesis conditions investigated order to obtain desired structure.
