摘要: Measurements of the gear noise and dynamic load acting on meshing teeth gears with profile modification without which are shifted by different amounts addendum were carried out using power-circulating test rigs until a surface failure caused scoring was observed. According to experimental results it is clear that decreases due lower about 5 dB than tooth modification. Further, sound pressure levels at all pass frequencies, mesh frequency 2nd harmonic decrease incipient stage scoring.
