摘要: Abstract Nanosized SnO2/carbon nanotube composite gas sensing material has been synthesized by a wet chemical method. The studies were performed against wide range of concentration hydrogen gas. performance the was compared with bulk tin oxide nanoparticles and pure CNT. At 200 °C, 0.1% CNT/SnO2 sensor exhibited 84% sensitivity 4% relatively low recovery time 120 s. It demonstrated that SnO2/CNT is highly suitable for at comparatively lower operating temperatures ability to arrest effect moisture, which stability sensors are enhanced markedly, in spite temperatures.
