摘要: The study of coating carbon nanotubes with metal/oxides nanoparticles is now becoming a promising and challenging area research. To optimize the use in various applications, it necessary to attach functional groups or other nanostructures their surface. combination distinctive properties expected be applied field emission displays, nanoelectronic devices, novel catalysts, polymer ceramic reinforcement. synthesis these composites still largely based on conventional techniques, such as wet impregnation followed by chemical reduction metal nanoparticle precursors. These techniques thermal heating can time consuming often lack control particle size morphology. Hence, there interest microwave technology recently, where using microwaves represents an alternative way power input into reactions through dielectric heating. This paper covers applications carbon-nanotube-coated prepared microwave-assisted method. reviewed studies show that allows processes completed within shorter reaction uniform well-dispersed formation.
