摘要: Forty-six patients who had undergone excision of one or more well defined hip and/or thigh muscles because a soft-tissue tumor tumoriform lesion were investigated with respect to the function operated limb and isometric isokinetic strength affected motion motions, relative non-operated side (percentage). Hip flexion: Loss iliopsoas caused slight impairment function. The flexion decreased increasing joint. rectus femoris reduced by 37 17 per cent. abduction: reduction was only about 50 cent moderate even in extensive loss abductor muscles. adduction: Removal all three prime adductors (longus, brevis, magnus) 70 but moderate. extension: gluteus maximus small no Significant seen when hamstrings been removed. Knee one, two, quadriceps 22, 33, 55 cent, respectively. somewhat more. usually exceed cause than semitendinosus, biceps femoris, 24, 28, 67 less. whereas resulted
