摘要: The activity of septo-hippocampal neurones is affected by the action on cholinergic perikarya in septum a variety putative neurotransmitters, including substance P and beta-endorphin. (The latter released septal region from which originate medial basal hypothalamus.) It has also been reported that two other neuropeptides, corticotropin (ACTH1-24) alpha-melanotropin (alpha-MSH), affect acetylcholine turnover manner not blocked transection afferents to hippocampus, it inferred neurotransmitters act directly hippocampus. We now describe experiments with show effect rather influence peptidergic within septum.
