摘要: Using examples drawn from some commonly-used methods for vaccine potency assay, we show how a graphical method of representing three key characteristics, precision, sensitivity and relevance, can be used to compare basic variations in test design. We suggest that this considerable value Control Authorities establishing designs standards, manufacturers formulating vaccines which will have high probability meeting these standards.
