摘要: Elastin-based polypeptides are a class of smart biopolymers representing an important model in the design biomaterials. The combination biomimetic materials with cells that have great plasticity provides promising strategy for realization highly engineered cell-based constructs regenerative medicine and tissue repair applications. Two recombinant inspired by human elastin assessed as coating agents to prepare surfaces cell culture. These substrates assayed hBM MSC coated also characterized AFM evaluate topographical features deposited biopolymers. results suggest elastin-derived play stimulatory role on osteogenic differentiation MSCs.
