摘要: Abstract Households exhibit strong spatial regularities in their residential search behavior; moreover these arise from two distinct but interrelated sources: the variation number of vacancies meeting particular housing needs and biases household's strategies. Three models process are evaluated against observed behavior for a sample prospective home buyers San Fernando Valley Los Angeles; each instance, analysis supports hypothesized relationship between pattern locational variables influencing it.
