摘要: Abstract Oocytes of Tinca tinca and other Teleosts accumulate small large molecules RNA in noncoordinate fashion. Previtellogenic oocytes synthesize far less 28 S 18 than tRNA 5 RNA, so that the latter make up 50 to 90% total these cells. As Xenopus laevis , made excess by T. are stored two kinds nucleoprotein particles, sedimenting at 7 42 S. In this paper we describe biochemical physical properties storage particles . The one 32,000 M r protein (c). molecular weight is lower 8,000 its X. counterpart. contrast, have same size composition both species four subunits, each which contains three tRNA, molecule a 50,000- (a), 40,000- (b). We present evidence showing associated with whereas b suggesting c cleavage product b.
