摘要: Using a murine model of skin allotransplantation, we have demonstrated previously that inhibition specific response to alloantigen is inducible by immunization the host with intravenously administered photoinactivated antigraft effector T cells. This hyporesponsive-ness, which was mixed leukocyte culture (MLC), cytotoxic lympholysis (CTL), suppression delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) response, and prolongation allograft survival, adoptively transferable CD8+ radiosensitive lymphocytes. In this study, extend those results evaluate effects an immunosuppressive agent (prednisolone) alkylating drug (cyclophosphamide) on induction suppressive cellular response. Our reveal administration prednisolone reduces hyporesponsiveness alloantigen, as maintenance DTH continued accelerated rejection allografts. contrast, cyclophosphamide augmented in assay survival. These indicate adjuvant immunomodulating chemotherapy alters immune photoinac-tivated
