Subcellular localization of BRCA1 protein in sporadic breast carcinoma with or without allelic loss of BRCA1 gene

摘要: The localization of BRCA1 protein was studied in 49 sporadic breast carcinomas for which allelic losses have been investigated. One group consisted 15 having one loss and the other 34 with no BRCA1. 2 groups performed using polyclonal antibodies (K-18; C-20; D-20; I-20) raised against by comparing frozen paraffin-embedded tissues.
