摘要: The ability of GABAergic compounds to influence cAMP accumulation in rat brain cortex was examined. It found that GABAB receptor agonist such as GABA, baclofen, and kojic amine potentiate the response cerebral during exposure norepinephrine. Isoguvacine THIP, selective GABAA agonists, did not demonstrate this effect. baclofen stereoselective, with virtually all activity residing (−)isomer. Bicuculline methiodide had no effect on agonist-induced potentiation rank order potency for agonists is identical their binding assay. These data suggest receptors are capable influencing cyclic nucleotide system.
