摘要: Abstract An investigation was undertaken on the mode of estrogenic actions gibberellic acid (GA 3 ), and estradiol (E 2 ) as determined by mouse uterine bioassay. The prostaglandin inhibitor, indomethacin (I) administered in order to learn whether E GA activities were related biosynthesis. stimulated a significant increase weight uterus, whereas I inhibited effects . These findings indicate an apparent involvement prostaglandins their biosynthesis action
