摘要: A turnaround describes an organization's ability to recover from successive periods of decline. Current and projected declines in US economic conditions continue place local public health departments at risk fiscal exigency. This examination focused on methodologies used by a department reverse operational financial declines. Illustrations are provided the value added implementing ratio trend analysis addition using evidence-based private sector strategies retrenchment, repositioning, reorganization. Evidence has shown how aided identifying weakness set motion corrective measures.
