摘要: Species movement and occupancy of habitat patches are dependent on landscape permeability. Some land-use types (e.g., roads) may be barriers to animal movement. Analyses the effect structure patch usually use circular buffers around focal patches. The main assumption this methodological approach is that species affected by a particular element equally in every direction from given patch. This likely not hold if restricted because reduce patterns reshape ideal buffer into noncircular buffer. We developed method determine variables oil distribution two amphibian explicitly takes dispersal account. extracted within (i) (CB) (ii) barrier-based (BBB).
