摘要: The main goal of the present work was to develop a value-added product biodegradable material for sustainable packaging. use agriculture waste-derived carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) mainly is reduce cost involved in development film, at commercially available CMS costly. focus research translate agricultural CMC useful polymer suitable packaging material. During this process extracted from waste sugar cane bagasse and blends were prepared using (waste derived), gelatin, agar varied concentrations glycerol; 1.5% (sample A), 2% B), 2.5% C) added. Thus, film derived sample C (gelatin + CMC + agar) with 2.0% glycerol as plasticizer exhibited excellent properties than other samples A B. physiochemical each developed plastics A, B, characterized Fourier Transform Infra-Red (FTIR) spectroscopy Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). swelling test, solubility different solvents, oil permeability coefficient, water (WP), mechanical strength produced claimed be good meanwhile its biodegradability (soil burial method) indicated their environmental compatibility nature commercial properties. reflected novel approach, which vital conversion organic development. There also another way utilize preparation polymeric material, can save considerable time recovery sugarcane bagasse.
