摘要: Novel bionanocomposites based on chitosan/poly(vinyl alcohol)/titanium nanoparticles (CS/PVA/TiO2 nanocomposite) were prepared and used as packaging materials for soft white cheese. The characterized using XRD, SEM, TEM FT-IR. CS/PVA/TiO2 exhibited good mechanical properties. Furthermore, the obtained superior antibacterial activity against gram positive (Staphylococcus aureus), negative (Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli) bacteria fungi (Candidia albicans). cheese was manufactured packaged within nanocomposite films stored at 7 °C 30 days. color, rheological chemical properties of evaluated, also influence microbiological analysis assessed, results indicated that total bacterial counts, mold & yeast coliform decreased with increasing storage period disappeared end compared control. Consequently, bionanocomposite can be in food applications.
