摘要: Neopterin is produced by monocytes and a useful biomarker for inflammation. We found previously that neopterin enhanced myelopoiesis but suppressed B-lymphopoiesis triggered the positive negative regulations of cytokines stromal cells in mice. The effects on erythropoiesis during enhancement were determined present study using C57BL/6J intravenous injection into mice resulted prolonged decrease number femoral erythroid progenitor (BFU-Es CFU-Es), whereas myeloid (CFU-GMs) was increased. Interestingly, oscillatory changes reciprocal to those cells. expression Cdc42, regulator balance between myelopoiesis, down-regulated, implying suppression due myelopoietic predominance. Furthermore, SDF-1 cells, erythropoiesis, up-regulated. These results suggest facilitates bone marrow suppressing thereby contributing potential up-regulation inflammatory process.
