摘要: A series of Ce3+, Tb3+ and Ce3+–Tb3+-doped Ca3(PO4)2 were prepared by high-temperature solid-state reaction, X-ray diffraction was used to characterize the phase structure. The photoluminescence energy transfer properties Ce3+- Tb3+-doped host investigated. Under 290-nm radiation excitation, emission spectrum Ca3(PO4)2:Ce3+ shows one broad band that peaks at 360 nm, which is attributed 5d–4f transition Ce3+. Ce3+ co-doped phosphors exhibit both blue from ions intense green lines excitation These results indicate there exits valid Tb3+. in demonstrated be a resonant type via electric dipole–quadrupole interaction. critical distance also calculated. Moreover, emitting color Ca3(PO4)2:Ce3+, can tuned appropriately adjusting relative doping composition Ce3+/Tb3+.
