摘要: Abstract Innate immune responses to microbial pathogens are initiated following the binding of ligand specific pattern recognition receptors. Each receptor, which includes members Toll-like receptor (TLR) family, is for a particular type pathogen associated molecular ensuring that organism can respond rapidly wide range including bacteria, viruses, and fungi. We studied extent agonists endosomal TLR could induce anti-HIV-1 activity in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). When TLR3, TLR7, TLR8 TLR9 were added prior infection with HIV-1, they significantly reduced cells.
