摘要: The analysis of the interspersion pattern variant repeat units along minisatellite alleles using PCR (MVR-PCR, Minisatellite Variant Repeat mapping) is a new approach to assessing individual variation in DNA. This method was developed by Jeffreys et al. 1991 [1] and has been successfully applied hypervariable human MS32 (locus D1S8).
