摘要: Photoinduced metallic states in a Mott insulator are studied for the half-filled one-dimensional Hubbard model with time-dependent density-matrix renormalization group. An irradiation of strong ac fields is found to create, nonequilibrium steady state, linear dispersion optical spectrum (current-current correlation) reminiscent Tomonaga-Luttinger liquid doped equilibrium. The spin retains des Cloizeaux--Pearson mode velocity differing from charge velocity. mechanism photocarrier doping, along velocity, analyzed terms an effective Dirac model.
