摘要: We theoretically investigate the physical properties of photoexcited states in dimer Mott insulators form κ-(BEDT-TTF) 2 X. adopt quarter-filled extended Hubbard Hamiltonian on a two-dimensional anisotropic triangular lattice. The energy eigenstates responsible for major peaks light absorption spectrum are numerically calculated, and their investigated. Inter charge transfer excited quite broad band, large bandwidth mainly arises from distribution kinetic photogenerated doublon holon. band intra is much narrower because isolated nature excitation.
