摘要: In a previous study we observed extensive Nor region variability in tissue-culture derived plants of only one out three tested wheat cultivars. This finding prompted us to further question whether or not this was invariably caused by vitro culture. the present study, upper halves spikes from four source inbred cultivar ‘ND7532’ were removed 12 days after anthesis. The immature embryos these cultured and regenerated into plants. lower same retained on obtain mature caryopses. DNA extracted seedlings, cut with TaqI endonuclease, run agarose gels, respective Southern blots probed plasmid pTA71 reveal patterns. sexual progeny regenerants provided patterns which exactly identical obtained seedlings germinated caryopses matured spikes. fourth plant variable Analyses 21 individual showed that 18 had three-fragment pattern (consisting 3.0, 2.7 1.9 kb fragments) while lacked (2.7 kb) fragment. Furthermore, next segregated three- two-fragment patterns. These results, conjunction reports among plants, suggest is related
