摘要: Liquiritin (LQ), the main bioactive constituent of licorice, is a common flavoring and sweetening agent in food products has wide range pharmacological properties, including antidepressant-like, neuroprotective, anti-cancer anti-inflammatory properties. This study investigated metabolic pathways LQ vitro (rat liver microsomes) vivo model) using ultra high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with hybrid triple quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS). Moreover, supplementary tools such as key product ions (KPIs) were employed to search for identify compounds. As result, 56 metabolites 15 structurally characterized. Oxidation, reduction, hydrolysis, methylation, acetylation, sulfate glucuronide conjugation determined be major LQ, there differences metabolism vivo. In addition, compared this study.
